Ms. Kitto is an executive and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She specializes in aligning Indigenous sovereignty with organizational efficiency, ensuring economic development supports community sustainability and well-being while respecting Aboriginal and human rights.
She advises First Nation governments and Indigenous businesses across Canada on governance, economic development, taxation, and risk management. Her expertise includes navigating complex regulatory environments, environmental matters, and Aboriginal rights and title. She also serves in advisory and board roles with several organizations, including the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC), Calgary Housing Company, and Nature Conservancy of Canada in Alberta. She is Independent Chair of the Board of Onion Lake Group of Companies.
