As Associate Vice President for Skills Excellence, Elizabeth provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all of ICTC programs. Her passion lies in making a positive impact on the lives of Canadians and the Canadian economy.

Prior to ICTC, Elizabeth held various senior positions in the Nova Scotia Government, including Senior Executive Director of Skills and Learning at the Department of Labour and Advanced Education,  showcasing her dedication to the enhancement of workforce skills and capabilities. Additionally, Elizabeth led the Atlantic Workforce Partnership during a critical phase, contributing to the region's economic development in 2013-14.

As the former Executive Director of the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration, Elizabeth played a vital role in attracting and retaining talent, a key component of driving economic prosperity. Her wealth of experience and strategic leadership continue to be invaluable in advancing ICTC's Skills Excellence initiatives, which are helping to advance Canada’s economy.
