Prior to ICTC, Elizabeth held various senior positions in the Nova Scotia Government, including Senior Executive Director of Skills and Learning at the Department of Labour and Advanced Education, showcasing her dedication to the enhancement of workforce skills and capabilities. Additionally, Elizabeth led the Atlantic Workforce Partnership during a critical phase, contributing to the region's economic development in 2013-14.
As the former Executive Director of the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration, Elizabeth played a vital role in attracting and retaining talent, a key component of driving economic prosperity.
