After six months of gruelling international competition through the CyberPatriot platform, the results are in, and we wanted to congratulate Canada’s Top 10 scoring CyberTitan high school teams. Below is the list of winners from competition that involved over 5,000 school teams from around the world. Well done everyone! We would like to also send a special thanks to all the educators, coaches, mentors, and parents who supported these students in what was a particularly difficult year of competition amid the pandemic.

ICTC’s CyberTitan IV Finals competition is scheduled for May 17th – 19th, 2021, where invited teams will compete for the title of CyberTitan Champion. Determining the invited finalists for CyberTitan IV begins with the above CyberPatriot standings, but we also need to provide equitable participation from across Canada. So we invite the top four teams from Western Canada (British Columbia to Manitoba), the top four teams from Eastern Canada (Ontario to Newfoundland and Labrador), the top middle school team, and a wildcard team. Despite the overall rankings in the above list, only the top two teams from the same school (or two teams made up of students attending the same school) are eligible to compete in the CyberTitan National Finals. For the last three years in a row, our wildcard team has been an all-female team. CyberTitan is the only competition of its kind in Canada. This cybersecurity initiative is a flagship ICTC program presented in affiliation with the (US) Air Force Association’s CyberPatriot Program to promote awareness of digital technologies and encourage students to pursue education in cybersecurity or other STEM disciplines. Stay tuned for the CyberTitan Finalist Competitor Invitation announcement coming soon.
