The Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) will conduct Requests for Proposals (RFPs) when the estimated cost of work for a given contract is expected to exceed $25,000.00 CAD or more, excluding applicable taxes. This applies to managed service providers, IT services, expert consultants, professional services, project-based work, or other vendor-supported services.

Questions about individual bid opportunities should be directed to the designated contact listed within the specific RFP. Responses will be publicly posted for all applicants. Contact with other ICTC employees, contractors, evaluation committee members, Board members, or other representatives outside of the designated contact listed in the RFP may result in disqualification. Potential applicants are asked to carefully review the specific requirements of each RFP before submitting.
