Soumen Roy leads Tata Consultancy Services’ (TCS) Canadian business, overseeing more than 10,000 employees who develop innovative IT and digital solutions. Over nearly three decades at TCS, he has driven business growth and built lasting client partnerships, helping organizations navigate digital transformation.
An advocate for education and skills development, Soumen serves on the board of the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) and the Advisory Council of the Canada-India Business Council. He previously served on the board of TECHNATION Canada. He also champions health, wellness, and sustainability through his engagement with employees, clients, and the community at the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon.
