Weiyi Chang leads development, public affairs, impact and evaluation at the Information and Communications Technology Council, where she collaborates across the organization to foster partnerships, drive sustainable growth, scale impact, and amplify its leadership in the digital economy.
Weiyi has nearly a decade of experience in non-profit development, public policy, impact evaluation, and government relations, with a particular focus on helping mission-driven organizations understand, respond, and shape evolving regulatory, legislative, and political landscapes.
Prior to joining ICTC, Weiyi served as a Government Grant Consultant at Froese Law, a boutique law firm helping entrepreneurs and innovators in Canada’s technology, media, and culture sector, and in various development roles at NPower Canada, a workforce development charity focused on digital skills training. Weiyi was a Helena Rubinstein Curatorial Fellow at the Whitney Museum of American Art, and she holds degrees from the University of British Columbia and Western University.
